Welcome to virtual Meetup #6! Every Photo(s) Tells A Story!

Begins today, August 2 Due in the phot Album by Sunday August 23 PM

For this Virtual Photo Meet Up we challenge you to utilize your creative side and submit a photo or series of photos (up to 3) that tells a story.
This means you will need to organize your thoughts and ideas before clicking that camera to put together your story.

Storytelling using photograph(s) is a little like telling a story through film.
Elements of a Good Storytelling Photo(s)
Mood – Experiment with background – create dramatic effect!
Idea – symbolism or an abstract
Emotion – expression or action
The Message – What is the theme?
Narration – What are you trying to convey?

Here is a web link – How To Tell A Story Through Photographs that will be of help. Suggest you read the through the article to help you gather a game plan to tell your story. Don’t be afraid to write out your “script” before picking up your camera. You have plenty of time (3 weeks) to complete the finished product!

How to add your photo to the Album

Go to SWFL Shutterbugs Meet Up Page https://www.meetup.com/fortmyersshutterbugs/

Click on the meet up the Tell You Story event
Under the Photos Heading Click on Add Photos in the box
Window will open and allow you to add your photo.
Photo will be automatically added to the album and will show in the Photos section of the Meet Up Event
